For the longest time we've let unclanned people hurt clans by having their efforts worth half as much. Should we just drop that?

UPDATE: Well, 4 people had voted in favor of removing it before I decided to make the decision myself. If you want to hurt a clan, join one.

Individual players should be able to hurt clans. Nobody is forced to join a clan. Consolodating power is risky and expensive. The rewards (badges, convenience, protection) absolutely must not be taken for granted. A character should be allowed to choose a path other than being in a clan once they reach level 55. Simply because one chooses to be a lone wolf or mercenary shouldn't mean that their actions are irrelevant.
